shared printers not seen

Hi all

I have upgraded my kubuntu 9.4 to kde 4.3 beta 2.
After that I found I cannot use shared printers.
In systemsettings the tab about the shared printers is disappeared and the documents can be printed only to pdf or ps.
If I run systemsettings from shell I see that if I select "local net navigation" (or something like that, I have it in italian, so sorry), the shell prints out

findServiceByDesktopPath: kcmlisa not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: kcmkiolan not found

What can I do to fix this?

update:

I've seen that from konqueror, typing localhost:631 I can set up the printers.

So the problem seems to be within the sistemsettings
