Kregexpeditor?

I've recently upgraded to Jaunty and am disappointed I cannot locate kregexpeditor! Can anyone provide me guidance on how to get this application installed?

I'm running KDE 4 under Jaunty. I don't mind installing from source, but I can't seem to locate that either.

Also, I do have the package kdeutils installed already.

$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=9.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=jaunty
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 9.04"

$ dpkg -l | grep kdeutil

It is really unfortunate that bug has been filed since November 2008, and still has received no love.
