Some Fn keys not working on Kubuntu Jaunty

    Hi.

I just installed Kubuntu 9.04 on my Dell Inspiron 1525, and the Fn+F1 (sleep) and Fn+F3 (show battery) and Fn+F8 (toggle video output) are not working. Other function keys like brightness and volume are ok.

These keys worked fine on Kubuntu 8.10, and work fine on Ubuntu 9.04. Only Kubuntu 9.04 seems to be affected.

I would like to know if there is any config file I should edit to make them work. And if there is, how do I discover key mappings, etc.

I need at least the sleep and battery functions, video toggling is not priority.

    Thanks.

See what you can do with System Settings-> Keyboard & Mouse -> Global Keyboard Shortcuts.
