If you mean you want a key combination such as Alt + b to open your internet browser then what you do is

Right click on the K menu symbol (bottom right hand corner)
This brings up the menu editor
Find the programme you want to create a short cut to (the tiny tiny + signs drop down a list of programmes in the group)
Left Click on your programme of choice which brings up a dialog box.
Left click on the 'Advanced' tab
You will see a button "Current short cut key" none
left click on the "none", it will change to input
then press your shortcut key of choice eg Alt + b
press enter and shortcut has been created

This is easier to do than it is to type it all out.

Sorry can't help with the desktop question

    Regards

    Roy

Thank you, it works but i think Juanty still have some bugs because sometimes shortcuts appear and other times dissappear during login
