Hello,
I am currently using Kopete 0.70.4 under KDE 4.2.4.
I currently have KTTSD 0.4.0 installed and running.
I started using Kubuntu with Hardy (8.04), and was able to use a separate plugin to have Kopete announce incoming messages and newly-online contacts via the text-to-speech system.
I would like to re-establish this ability. I can get it to work, to a degree - it will read the messages it produces, but it will include all of the HTML (or what sounds like HTML, at least), and will mis-pronounce some names. With the plugin in 8.04, I was able to adjust these things, but I can't seem to find any documentation on how to do so for the current version.
Does anyone know where I can find some documentation/instructions on how to use/modify this feature?
Thank you for your time.
