new windows shows behind active windows

Hi all

I m facing problem in kubuntu

while i m opening a file or terminal or any application its opens behind active windows
which cause me to click on task bar or minimize all opened window to see the new one

i need the new windows should come front of all opened window

is their any way to solve this

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem. I have searched throughout the system settings>desktop,window behavior and appearance.
I am not sure where else to look.
But the problem is new. But I can not find the setting that switched it to open windows behind current windows.

system setting --> Window Behavior -->changed focus behavior status to none
