Problems with accents in application not ported to kde4 such as kmymoney.

Hi,

In kmymoney2, I cannot type any accent (éèàù...), but it displays accent correctly. I just cannot enter new elements with accents.
I assume this is a compatibility problem because it's a kde3 application running under KDE4. Does anybody has a workaround ?
