(SOLVED) Programm bar accidentally removed, how to get back?

Hi all,

I used Ubuntu for a couple of years but now I switched to Kubuntu since the 9.04 release. Unfortunately I just removed the program bar ( think that it's called this way ) accidentally. I clicked with the left mouse button accidentally And then again on the right mouse button I think . Very irritating because now I have to switch between programs with the Alt+Tab combination.

Someone knows how I can get the program bar back?

Thanks for your reply! I searched for it already but I just found the solution which was very simple actually.

Just add the program widget to the panel...
