Auto update to kernel 2.6.28-11-15 blocked

The software updater shows this kernel upgrade as being blocked. All other upgrades, security, etc., show up as normal for inclusion. Anybody know the reason?

It looks to me that it was blocked because
not every dependency was in the repo.

Synaptic would have allowed the update but
I think that would have been a problem.

I'm going to watch it for another couple of days
before I do anything.
