Video streaming problem

Hi,

I just did 2 fresh installation on 2 different computers: 1 with Ubuntu 9.04 and the other with Kubuntu 9.04.

I'm quite used with Ubuntu but want to try something different: KDE environment.

My first problem is with video streaming.

I installed Firefox on Kubuntu and installed restricted-extras of both computers.

When I try to stream some videos it works just good on Ubuntu but wont start on Kubuntu (I see the turning circle and it turns forever).

As an example here the video from a TV station here in Montreal:

One strange thing is that the advertisement WORKS, but the real video won't.

Please help.

Please someone,

Could someone just tell me if he/she can see the video AFTER the advertisement?

I cannot understand why it would work on Ubuntu but NOT on Kubuntu with plugins and w64codecs installed.

Did a re-format and new installation again with same result.

Please help.
