What is the status of K3B for KDE4? Is it still in development or is it already out? Will it make it to the final build of Jaunty? Thanks in advance.

Anthony Mercatante told > k3b for kde4 in kubuntu jaunty?:
...It is unfortunatelly too late by far to get k3b in for jaunty....
A backport might be considered as soon as karmic dev cycle starts...

Re: K3B for KDE4?
Well, dibl, thanks this morning for that bit of good news!
Haven't run JJ yet, but am sort of counting on it (in a new PC build) when it releases, and things like K3b, Konqueror, etc. are essential, imo.An intellectual says a simple thing in a hard way. An artist says a hard thing in a simple way. Charles Bukowski

In fact, it works better on my hardware than K3b did under KDE3.5 or on Mandy 2009 PWP, which didn't have it at all."A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”

If you're looking for something new and different to tinker with, try Amarok 2. It seems to be quite a complexity of database and GUI features -- should keep you busy for some time.
