I installed Jaunty ALPHA5 when it was released. Systemsettings had a Print Utility in ALPHA5 and I used it to set up my Samsung ML-1210 USB laser printer attached to my Linksys Wireless Printserver.
I have kept my Jaunty up to date with all the updates. Today, I noticed that the Print Utility was missing from the KDE system settings app. To restore it I had to install "system-config-printer-kde" from the repository. Sometime during all the updates and upgrades it got deleted.
