    command for jaunty alpha #

    I can do a lsb_release -a and get the jaunty 9.04 developmental or similar but I'm trying to figure out what stage in the alpha process I'm at. 5 or 6

    Thank You

    I think that those alpha (1-6), beta, rc are only "imaginary" milestones.

    Next milestone > https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milest...untu-9.04-beta

    Milestones = todo list.

    Maintainers/developers are trying to solve those bugs (+ targeted blueprints) before March 26th. Then there will be a CD that will be called beta and we are at the beta stage...

    If you did a upgrade after the March 12 then you have a alpha-6+.

      Thanx Rog, guess I'm at 6+ then. I waited for beta on Intrepid but decided to go in a little earlier this time, glad I did. Been here since 4, tried a couple earlier builds but they didn't like me. ;o)
