(Fixed) New network connection problems

I am new to Linux and I'm having a slight problem getting connected to my homes wireless router. I had originally tried through a LiveCD, but it kept deleting my routers password in the network manager when I would close out the window. I now have a virtual machine installed through Virtualbox and I'm hoping the LiveCD/vm-boot difference might fix the problem. But I just wanted to ask on the forums as well.

I'll post as much information about my current working Mac wireless settings, if anyone can help. I know there is a way, and I am open to investigating and trying things out.

Turns out, the VirtualBox must be siphoning my wireless network settings from the mac. So all is well. The network is working like a charm. Now... Onto screen resolution and ARK... Haha.
