    Auto Connect Problems

Whats up all! First post, and unfortunately its about a problem I'm experiencing, hoping I can get some help here.

I am able to connect to my wireless network fine, however the problem I am encountering is that even though when I setup my wireless connection and check the "connect automatically" checkbox... the damn thing never actually auto connects. Any suggestions?

Another nuisance is that the kdewallet seems to want to keep track of my wpa password which I do NOT want it to do.. actually I don't want it to keep track of any passwords period. What would be the proper way to disable it completely?

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

        Re: Auto Connect Problems

Thanks for the reply! It looks like when I disable the wallet, it will not remember my WPA password at all. I delete the old connection, and attempt to re-create a new one it keeps prompting me for the password until it eventually fails.

        Any thoughts?

Also any thoughts on how to get my wireless connection to connect on boot up? Isn't there some file I can modify in /etc/network ?

        Thanks again!
