    Fish and SSH

I Have PcLinuxOS on my laptop and Kubuntu 9.04 on my desktop computer. From Kubuntu I was able to connect with my laptop using fish. I have not been able to connect to the computer with Kubuntu installed using fish in either konq or Krusader. When I tried to use Kssh, the window opened for a flash and then it closed. I was able to connect with Putty. I would rather use fish. Any idea what the problem is?

    Re: Fish and SSH

fish:// protocol seems to have some problems connecting on my machine also...however, sftp:// seems to work fine (and it is a somewhat better implementation of the same functionality).

Just try replacing 'fish://' with 'sftp://'

I got sftp to work using Krusader but I couldn't get it to work in Konk. I'm happy to be able to use it in Krusader but I'm curious as to why it doesn't work in Konq. Anybody have any ideas?
