how to recover kubuntu back

Hello friends i was used kubuntu and xp in my system .because of the problem i re-installed xp .But there is NO booting option .how to recover my kubuntu back


system config :

hard disk Ide: 80 GB
hard disk sata: 500GB

i installed kubuntu in 80GB now how to create boot option
