It seems to work with the Jaunty/KDE 4.2/mpeg. Binaries could be found from the PPA repositories > Package name contains: plasma-wallpaper

This is a CPU/GPU intensive application. Here the CPU load is high (old hardware). This is helping a bit > Topic: A Lighter, Faster (?) Plasma
