SOLVED 9.04 got weird after upgrading to KDE 4.3

Have run Kubuntu 9.04 64-bit for some months. To get KDE 4.3 I added the http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu repo. That gave me KDE 4.3 and some other updates. After rebooting lots of strange behavours occured.

No titelbar on any window, can't max-/minimize.
No border/frame around windows so I can't resize them.
All windows open in upper left corner.
Can't ALT+tab between open windows.
Some windows don't get focus when opened. When I start a application that need administrive priviligies the password window opens. But when it don't get in focus the password don't get into the box.

What to do?

Thanks. I'm not realy sure which action solved it but now i have a working KDE 4.3 which look great.
I made

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get install --reinstall kde-core

Not realy sure in which order but still have the same problem.There where a lot of broken dependices .

After sudo apt-get -f dist-upgrade everything is fine.

As indicated in http://kubuntuforums.net/forums/inde...opic=3105560.0 an upgrade to 4.3 is only for advanced users.
