lmilano Thanks for the help it did work to a point and I like it. I have to hit the "ESC" keys to get to the opition to get the option otherwise it goes directly to Kubuntu.

Again I thank you and everyone else who help me with this.

If you need to hit ESC, it may be booting from the wrong disk, you can fix that in the bios.

Or it could be that the timeout in grub is to short (less than 1 second). You can fix that from the same System Settings entry I think.
