When I do a fresh boot and suspend to RAM, there's no problem. Then, when I resume, and suspend to RAM again, it does not present me with the shutdown choices menu ('Suspend to RAM', 'Suspend to Disk'). Instead it just shows a tiny little dot where the menu ought to be. If I click on the shutdown button directly, it doesn't shut down properly. Instead, it crashes and I have to turn off the power manually.
The screen presents me with a bunch of output. Is there any way to capture it so that I can help solve this problem?
Thanks for your time. Not sure why it's doing this as it worked fine before I did a fresh installation of 9.04 (I was running upgraded 8.10 prior).
