    Can't Turn off Session Lock

I have been unable to disable the session lock. I have to enter the system password every time the screen saver comes on in order to get back to work. Real PITA and no need for it here in my house. It is not the screensaver and I removed the check mark from session lock. This started back about alpha 4 or so and I kept think it would be fixed with any daily release but it never was. Is this some kind of uncontrollable BS feature that was added.

There are several places this "feature" could be enabled. I'm not sure what you mean by "session lock".

If you are using a powersave program, the lock could be set there.
    See systemsettings>Advanced>PowerManagement

If you are using an xscreensaver, the lock could be set in the xscreensaver program itself.\
    See: xscreensaver>settings

It could be in the screen saver configuration settings,
    see: systemsettings>desktop>screensaver
