    On alpha 6...no upgrade?

Hi, I am currently on JJ Alpha 6...just checked for updates, and even though beta has been released, there are no updates...is this normal?

      Re: On alpha 6...no upgrade?

If you had Alpha 6 installed and kept upgrading it as upgrades came available, you're already running the beta release (the beta is just a snapshot of the repos, so it consists of Alpha6+the upgrades that have accumulated since the alpha6 release).

Now that beta has been released, you should start to get upgrades again (the repos were frozen for few days for the beta release)...and these upgrades will make the RC release (and eventually the final release).
