Alpha 5 Won't Restart Or Shut Down

Anyone else stumbled across this problem? If anyone has a solution feel free to post here or at the thread posted above. I might file this as a bug if no one has not yet.

Update: A bug has already been filed. The problem seems to be from the new Nvidia 180.35 driver.

The latest Nvidia driver 180.37 appears to have resolved this issue for me. It also resolved a problem with trying to use Menu Edit. After editing menus, it was impossible to do anything else, requiring a reboot by using the power button. That is also fixed for me with the new Nvidia driver.

Yeah, it was the 180.35 causing issues for me. After 180.37 got in the repos all of the issues just vanished.
