Will there be a Wubi with Kubuntu 9.04 as soon as it's released?

I ask this because I run Windows on my comp and I like to put Kubuntu on with Wubi. I recently got a new comp and i still have 8.1 on my old one, so I thought I'd hold off on installing Kubuntu on this new one until 9.04 is out (I really don't want to upgrade 8.1 to 9.04). Thanks for the help. One more question though- This new comp has Vista 64bit, will Wubi install Kubuntu on that?
