Hi,
I have a notebook with Kubuntu Jaunty installed and that Pinnacle stick works out of the box.
Now I#M trying to set up a media server, also with Kubuntu Jaunty.
When I plug in the stick all the drivers and modules seems to load but the Stick doesn't show up in Kaffeine. (The DVB menu item is missing.)
I have no idea where to look for the error.
Any hint will be appretiated.
This is the output of /var/log/messages when the stick is plugged in:

The device also seems to be there:

Strange thing: Even before the stick is plugged in the following modules are already loaded:
dvb_ttpci 107340 0
dvb_core 92032 1 dvb_ttpci
saa7146_vv 55680 1 dvb_ttpci
saa7146 26120 2 dvb_ttpci,saa7146_vv
ttpci_eeprom 10240 1 dvb_ttpci
I don't understand where these modules are good for. My notebook doesn't have these.
