How do I print all fonts

Could someone please tell me how to print all fonts, so I review the fonts, thanks in advance

In Jaunty I can open System Settings->Font Installer and it opens to All Fonts which allows me to scroll and look at all installed fonts and add more.

This is a KDE feature that is in 4.2.2 and may or may not be in yours.
