[solved] Help xorg segfault

Hi all,
after some upgrade suggested by the apt updater, my xorg goes segfault

Xorg[6279]: segfault at fffffffc ip b801b6de sp bfe28cfc error 4 in ld-2.8.90.so[b800e000+1a000]

I got no errors in the Xorg.0.log, the nvidia module loads correctly, no other errors at all.
I'm running X.org X Server 1.5.2 on 2.6.27-11-generic kernel.
May i have to install latest nvidia binary drivers?

solved reinstalling nvidia drivers downloaded from official nvidia website, after removing all nvidia.ko on the system.
I think dkms is not working so good if i have to install drivers manually...
