Konsole stop working

hi

Could not launch konsole (from another konsole or from menu entries) since something new happen in the system (upgrade or install of something) but dont know what

konsole(19722): Attempt to use QAction "change-profile" with KXMLGUIFactory!

if I launch like that 'konsole -e bash' I have the same error message but is succed to launch a konsole runnin bash and it works perfectly

Upgraded to Jaunty still the same problem. Help please
