I'm using Kubuntu 7.04 and KDE 3 on a PIII and I have full access to on all of my customers sites with fish://. Everything, from accessing and writing to creating files and directories, just works.
Now with fish:// on KDE 4.1 (which is much slower now, even on dual core P4), I can read and write a file (a php or text file with kate, for example) but i can't create any file or directory with it nor can I drag-drop from the remote site to my local site --- while I can do it from my local drive to the remote site. Instead, I need to use the copy / paste function to do this. I haven't found any configuration tweaks in the "Configuring konqueror ..." regarding fish.
Any help appreciated.
