I've got KDE 4.2 in place after a little fun but cannot get the system settings window to open. There seems to be a screensaver running (Euphoria) and I think that has caused the 'lockout'. Any ideas please and if I should try running this in the Konsole what is the command?

Well I did sudo ps -aux and had a look at running processes. Took a chance on which one I wanted and 'kill' ed it. Amazed I am that it worked and everything ok. What fun.
