where has gone Services Configuration Tool?

in Hardy system settings, in the advanced tab, there was a little semaphore icon where one could turn fast and easily on and off services but in 8.10 has gone. It was in the kde-guidance package that looks like has been wiped out. Somebody knows if exists a similar replacement around?

KDE4 port of guidance modules is a planned feature for KDE4.3

In the mean time you can use sysv-rc-conf (in the package sysv-rc-conf), it's a command line based ncurses interface (but I actually prefer it to the guidance module).
