QT patch for intrepid + kde 4.2?

I posted this at ubuntu forums (because this one wasn't responding), but haven't gotten a response.

Regarding this bug report:

Does anyone know if this patch is available in Intrepid? I dist-upgrade daily and I don't have the patch. I'm running KDE 4.2 final from the ppa repository.
