[Solved]Converting web pages to pdfs in a browser window.

    Hello, Everyone,

How do I get my browser to convert web pages in a browser window (Firefox) to pdfs, and then save them?

    Thanks,

Check to see if you have the package ghostscript installed.

I've been looking through my installed packages using Synaptic. Assuming you have the normal printer packages all installed (foomatic, gutenprint, and such), you should be able to print to a pdf file just by clicking on File > Print and in the Name box, click on the down arrow and select Print to File (PDF). Do you have this option?

I don't have a "name box". And I am not sure that I have all of the other "and such" softwares that are necessary. Could you be more descriptive, please?

          Thanks,

There are extensions available for firefox that will convert the html page you are viewing to pdf. I think it is "PDF Download."
