Openoffice printers

I have two printers on OO3 and it will only recognize one at a time, I have to change the default printer each time I want to print with the other printer Thanks in advance

What are the printers that you are using?

Are they recognised by other programs, such as Thunderbird, Okular, Gwenview, Kate ?

In OOo3, when you print the dialogue at the top gives you a drop down list of printers from which you can choose. If one is selected and you change printers, it may show the previous printer, but you can choose from a number of printers, as long as the printer is recognized. Are they all USB printers?

They are all USB printers and recognized by all other programs, this only happened after the latest update to OO3. I think it is a bug in OpenOffice

I can verify the problem, but am still searching for the answer.

Open Office 3.
Only printer that shows up the the drop down is Cups:PDF
When I go to Cups to set the HP printer as default; it works once from quick print; then reverts to PDF.
Never does the HP show up in the drop down list.
