compiling bespin from SVN

I'm trying to install bespin from SVN and it demands qmake, but I cant find it in repos. -Found it under:
opt/project-neon/bin
I know that there is bespin in repos but it's out dated (on my test chakra the bespin is totally different).

What is the KDE4 data directory is it .kde??

qmake should be included with QT development tools, either qt3-dev-tools or qt4-dev-tools.
