scheduling apps to run at a given time?

    Hi

How do I schedule the OS to run a given app/script at a given time?

I have a set of back up scripts that I want to run every night.

    Thanks

Kcron - Graphical front-end for the Cron.

K > System Settings > Advanced tab > Task Scheduler (KCron)

KCron is an application for scheduling programs to run in the background. It is a graphical user interface to cron, the UNIX® system scheduler.
