32 bit app on 64 bit kubuntu

I am trying to install wavemaker (see wavemaker.com). The app is only distributed as an rpm, however I figured I could 'alien' the rpm and create a deb file that I could then dpkg. The problem I am encountering is that I am on Kubuntu 8.10 64 bit version, and the wavemaker app is apparently 32 bit and apparently the 'alien' that I have is 64 bit.

I am wondering if someone with a 32 bit version of Kubuntu could download the rpm from their site, convert it to a deb file and post it here?

Otherwise, I am open to suggestions as to how to get this thing to run on my 64 bit system.

    Thanks!

Make sure you have installed the ia32libs package.

Then you can try this, in the directory where you have the .deb -- no guarantees!
      Code:
      sudo dpkg --force-architecture -i *.deb
