I'm not sure what the official term for this is, but essentially, the desktop zooms out to show all the apps I have running in a tiled mode, that i can use to switch between them, similar to the Macbook. This is incredibly useful to me, but as of yet, I have only managed to activate this by accident. Just wondering if anyone actually knew the commands to do so at will.

K Menu > System Settings > Desktop > Desktop Effects > All Effects > Present Windows
Check the Draw window caption on top of window box.
Select the screen position for the mouse cursor by clicking on the for windows on all desktops: selection box.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
