Stripshine Desktop Theme - Anyone know how to make it work?

I tried using the Stripshine desktop theme from the desktop settings after I downloaded it through there, but it renders the quick access widget to my home folder inoperable.

It's an unfinished theme, as the creator/poster on kde-look has said:
    Description:
i was tired of all the blurry themes so I made a sharp one. also it's shiny and it has stripes.

it's nonscalable pngs, sorry about that. can't be bothered to learn inkscape.

to get that kickoff icon install and use the attached icontheme. it inherits oxygen.

panel only done at south position currently. various elements not done at all.
    :P

Read the comments posted by others who have tried this "theme."

      Snowhog...

How do you read the comments? I see a little drop down menu about comments and stuff, but it doesn't do anything for me.
