Hey all
I'm using a HP2605 network printer, which basically works fine, but can't really be configured well.
Depending on the application I use, I get completely different options for this printer.
Most frustratingly, if I try to print in acroread, I can only select very few options, and I'm apparently using cups. On the other hand, using okular I have lots of options, but many of them don't work properly.
Here comes my question: Is there any way of configuring this in a nicer way? Since kcontrol is gone in the latest kde I don't even know how to set default options for cups.
I have already tried using xpp, which is better but still has some annoying bugs (for example when printing several pages per sheet, one has to adapt the range of pages to be printed). Is there any good alternative?
Thanks alot in advance...Cliowa
