Yep, I see it also. If you have not already done so, you just might want to download/install Synaptic package manager. It is SO much better compared to the less than friendly "new and improved" Adept Manager provided in Intrepid. :P

Really? Given that it has far less than it's immediate predecessor in KDE 3.5.10, I'm not so sure. I'd hardly call the current incarnation of Adept Manger a step forward.

I think kweather is an applet, not a program. Try adding it as a widget.
I think Adept has potential in that it is much cleaner than the old Adept, which had weird options all over the place. But the usability of the current Adept is way under par, I agree.

I disagree, it does have potential..... lots of it.
Okay, got to give you that. Because there is so much that can/should/needs to be improved upon, Adept Manager does have a lot of potential.
