I have even had this problem in Windows...if a program is written to 'remember it's location, and does not have safeguards against this, there is nothing the OS can do about it. I'm glad it is sorted. Now that you have it opening on the primary monitor, my guess is that you could move the input back (if there was a reason to), and all would be well...

Well, except I have a bit of a problem where if I do switch the display to the other output, then my KDE shutdown/logout/restart prompts (ie, any option under "K-Menu > Leave") appear on the far right of the screen, and are half-cut off so I can't click on the "ok/cancel" buttons.
