KTorrent Plugins all broken

None of my KTorrent plugins were showing, even after totally removing the configuration directories and re-installing the ktorrent 3.1.2 package.

So, I downloaded the ktorrent 3.1.4 source, compiled/installed, and it does *not* have the problem.

Am I the only one that has this problem with 3.1.2, or is the package broken?

They are working here on a clean install of 8.10. I don't know why they used 3.12 when it is pretty old and buggy and two releases have been out since then. Only bug for me with 3.12 is that it doesn;t seem to remember how big it's window was when it was last used.
