Where are panel prefs stored, and how do I reset to default?

Yah, yah -- I screwed up my panels a bit and just want to start over.

    Thanks!

My own favourite is to re-name the .kde directory, it will simply be regenerated if you re-boot.

    It works.... every time.

      That really is overkill, however.

The files you need to reset are in your .kde/share/config folder. They're plasmarc and plasma-appletsrc. You can simply delete them and anything plasma related will jump back to the default when you log back in. Just be aware that you shouldn't delete them while you're logged into a kde4 session because the changes won't stick. You'll have to log out, delete them by the command line or something, and then start kde4 back up.

      Hope that helps.
