I can deal without most of my missing Konqueror-KDE3 views; I can live without RadialMap view, image view, text view, and filesize view. But I can't get used to the lack of tree view... the closest I've found is the "folders" panel in Dolphin, which isn't quite it and is in a different program....but it can't be that hard to have tree view, right? And surely some developer is as partisan in this topic as I am . So I'm assuming there's some simple hack for it or something *fingers crossed*

Re: Tree view in Konqueror?
There are tree-views for both konqueror and dolphin (both in the left-hand panel and main window)
In konqueror you can show the left hand panel by clicking F9 (There are icons in the panel for 'root' tree view and 'home' tree view.
If you wish to enable tree view in the main window (in either dolphin or konqueror, they both use the same kpart for file-management), go to Konqueror Settings>File Management>Views>Details>Expandable Folders
