Hi there,
I am having a strange problem with KDE 4.1 that only manifested this afternoon, and on which I can find no information. I have my KWin Desktop Effects set so that the opacity of active windows is 100%, and of inactive 60%. However, since installing updates this afternoon, all windows are now treated as inactive by the translucency plugin, and all therefore show at only 60% opacity. This was working perfectly until now, and as such I am working around it simply by turning off the translucency effect. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so do you know if it can be remedied, or is it simply one of these things that happens when using beta software? Thanks in advance for any answers or information you can provide.
Andy
