Installing quick access plasmoid on Intrepid

    This is a great plasmoid:
    http://www.kde-look.org/content/show...?content=84128

This works for Intrepid. Unfortunately not for Hardy!

    Get the deb file from:
    http://www.amarok2deb.co.cc/debian/d...6.1-1_i386.deb

cd to the folder you downloaded to and install with:
    Code:
    sudo dpkg -i plasmoid-quickaccess_0.6.1-1_i386.deb
Log out / in and it will show up in your widgets window.

You can have various instances pointing your most important folders.

    Very nice

HP Pavilion dv6 core i7 (Main)

    Kubuntu 18.10

    Nice tip!

In the directory http://www.amarok2deb.co.cc/debian/d...n/binary-i386/ they have another interesting plasmoids, but all for i386 architecture.

How can i generate the packages for amd64?
    Kubuntu 15.10 - Asus All-in-one (i3, 4GB ram)

      PPA Plasmoids

Personal Package Archives (PPA) allow you to upload Ubuntu source packages to be built and published as an apt repository by Launchpad.
