I have a Kubuntu 8.10 on my USB key. On that key I have a 1GB swap for the primary office PC I use which only has 512Mb memory. So I sometimes have to use a swap and currently the only one available is on my USB key.
But what if on that PC I create a swap partition and want my USB Kubuntu to automatically find all available swap partition and pick the one on HD first and if it doesn't find one, then pick the one on my USB key.
Is that possible at boot time and every times ?
I want to use my USB Kubuntu anywhere and not modify any PC but if one HD swap is there, then take advantage of it and use it.
