Just installed Kubuntu 8.10 and on boot, the grub loader timeout does not count down and does not automatically load the default OS.
Ok, so I have read and tried the suggestions on other posts here at the forums. I have tried both updating and replacing Grub using the sudo grub command and the Grub Super Disk, to no avail. I have also tried using the timeout=3 instead of timeout space 3 synatx.
Any ideas? Thanks...MRMason
